Main Focus:

  1. Two home visiting programs: screening women for depression six weeks postpartum and as appropriate using the Edinburgh screening tool: a) Missouri Community Based Home Visiting Program (MCBVP): during pregnancy and up to the first 2 years of child’s life, and  b) Building Blocks of Missouri (Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) Program)
  2. Alternatives to Abortion: established for the purpose of funding alternatives to abortion services for women at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Level, consisting of services or counseling offered to pregnant women and continuing for one year thereafter. Screening for depression upon enrollment.
