Main Focus:

 

  1. Provides case management and counseling to pregnant women and/or women who have given birth in the past two years who are at risk for or currently suffering from depression; a) case managers connect women with services such as medical care, employment, housing, financial assistance, and transportation; b) Case managers connect appropriate clients to counselors.
  2. Provides clinical training in Interpersonal Therapy
  3. Raises community awareness about postpartum and perinatal depression.
